Customer Rights

Right of withdrawal
Under Article. 5 DL 185/1999, if the customer is a consumer (ie a person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not indicate the purchase order form in Cheyenne Records a reference to VAT) has the right to terminate the purchase contract for any reason, without explanation and without penalty. To exercise this right, the customer must send to Cheyenne Records a statement to that effect within 10 working days of receipt of goods. Such notice shall be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt addressed to:

or by telegram or fax sent within the said period of 10 days and followed by a confirmation sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 48 hours.

After surviving such notice of withdrawal, the Cheyenne Records Customer Service will quickly communicate with instructions on how to return the goods. As the only burden in this case the customer must pay the cost of returning goods to Cheyenne Records. The goods must be returned intact and in original packaging, complete with all its parts and without having suffered any damage. Upon his arrival at the warehouse, the goods will be examined and, in the presence of damage or tampering, the withdrawal may not be exercised.

Notwithstanding any repair costs for damage to goods found, Cheyenne Records will reimburse the Client the full amount already paid, within 14 working days from the date of return of goods. Will provide timely customer care Cheyenne Records the bank data to obtain a refund of the price.
